Who are the colorful birds?
colorbirds ist ein auf Premium Events spezialisierter Münchner Personaldienstleister und vermittelt mit viel Leidenschaft Hostessen/Hosts, Promoter und Models. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt im schönen Bayern und wir sind offizieller Servicepartner der Messe München. Zu unseren Kunden zählen internationale Marken, Eventagenturen und bayerische Mittelständler. So schön farbenfroh lieben wir es!
Your area of responsibility in the air and on the ground:
- Excellent assistance. Du übernimmst täglich Aufgaben im office management, sowie Assistenzaufgaben der Projektleitungen.
- Passionate communicator. You are the mouthpiece between us and our colorbirds. You make the phone calls to personnel recruiting.
- Independent team leader. At events you lead a team of colorbirds hostesses and hosts.
- Administration & Assistance. You take on administrative tasks and maintain the colorbirds database conscientiously.
- Recruitment & Handling. In addition, you support the implementation of castings and the provision of our event clothing.
What should a magnificent bird bring with us?
- Optimism, communication skills, empathy, resilience
- Open minded and networker through and through
- Einsatzbereitschaft, gelegentlich abends und am Wochenende zu arbeiten
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Professional experience in the event industry or the premium hotel industry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Open Office and Excel
- Ab 18 Jahren

Where is our nest?
Our modern colorbirds agency is located in beautiful Haidhausen. Our lovingly designed "oasis of well-being" is centrally located and can be reached in a few minutes on foot by tram/S-Bahn/U-Bahn.
